Hi, I am Jim McGuire. I want to let you know about the new development that we have going, on the East side of Lawton. Valley View Estates is a rural neighborhood, just outside the city limits. MacArthur High School and middle school are just 2 miles from the development. Yet, even though we are a rural addition, we have curbs, sidewalks, street lights, and city water. The lots are 1/2 acre tracts and you won't feel like your neighbor can hear you sneeze. We are building quality homes, fully meeting all city inspections.

Our homes range from 2,300 to 3,300+ sq/ft. Below is our plat map, and a few pictures of some of the homes that have been built and are being built. I have also included a few of the comments from the neighbors who are enjoying living in Valley View Estates. If you are reading this and already live in Lawton, here are directions to get there. From Flowermound turn east on Cache Road, follow Cache Road east approx. 2 miles, then turn North (left) onto 60th. I am out there all the time over seeing my Homes, so stop by and visit with me.
